The system automatically detects arrival of a premier customer and immediately alerts designated customer relationship personnel via pop-up screen, SMS or email, who will personally greet the customer as he/she walks in. The alert will provide customer name, Account ID, photo and arrival time.
Strategically placed RFID readers throughout your facility can monitor the location and movement of the customer while they are inside the facility. Once the customer leaves, the system logs the exit time.
